Welcome to Audite.DEV Hosting! By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of our hosting services, including shared, reseller, or email services.

1. Services
We provide budget web hosting services through a DirectAdmin-based reseller system. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Account Registration
Clients must provide valid information for account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Host malware, phishing pages, spam scripts, or abusive software.
- Run resource-intensive scripts that affect server stability.
- Abuse email-sending limits (e.g., spamming).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds
- All plans are prepaid unless otherwise stated.
- We may offer pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Services unpaid after 30 days will be suspended and terminated after 3 days.

5. Backups
We perform regular backups, but we do not guarantee their availability or integrity. Clients are strongly advised to keep their own backups.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
